MAKING A REFERRAL

To make a referral, or if you would like to discuss our service, please contact our team by sending an email to enquiries@beaconcaregroup.org or using the referral form below.

We will be happy to work with you to identify the best options for the young person that you have identified as needing residential support.

We work in close partnership with placing authorities to ensure that we have a shared understanding of the goals and objectives for the young person. We understand that we are the start of a young person’s journey and the importance of the role we play in establishing foundations for the future. That is why we believe it is important to carefully consider how we can meet their needs.
